Dressing made of a polyurethane membrane matrix with a semi-permeable polyurethane continuous thin film backing. Polymem MAX is a thicker formulation for wounds with heavier drainage or when longer wear time is desired. Effectively cleanses, fills absorbs, and moistens wounds.
