It is for Non-Pressure systems where temperatures will not exceed 140 deg F. * Conforms to Standard: ASTM D 3965, ASTM D 2661, ASTM D 3311 and NSF 14 Black pipe and fittings are used in sanitary drain, waste, and vent (DWV), sewer and storm drainage applications For use where systems will not exceed 140 F Not intended for pressure use Require no special tools for cutting and to be installed with solvent cement Used in non-pressure systems
