About custom products:
Just tell us your requirements about the backdrop. Such as the color, font, size and others. We will design it for you and send you the sample picture until you are satisfied. If you want to customize your own images, please sure that the pixel must be large enough, more than 1Mbit. If everything is OK for you, we will send the product link and tell you how to pay.
As required by the post office, we need to fold and pack the products.
Here are some tips to remove creases:
a). roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days.
b). use a low temperature iron on the back of the backdrop.
c). stretch and clamp the backdrop on a backdrop stand for 2-3 days.
Notes:
As each screen is different, please understand that there may be a slight color difference.
Please attention that the backdrop can NOT be washed.
