Our Classic Tandoori Marinade is inspired by the centuries-old tradition of cooking in the tandoor—first used in the royal courts of North India. This method gives each dish its signature char, tenderness, and smokiness; a technique that’s still at the heart of our kitchen today. Our marinade is rich with Kashmiri chilli for heat and vibrancy, black cardamom for an added smoky flavour, and a warming undertone of cinnamon, clove and cumin, all folded into a yoghurt base. Simply coat your chicken, lamb, paneer or vegetables and let the marinade do the work. Roast in the oven, finish on the grill, or take it outside to the BBQ. However you cook with it, you’ll unlock the same flavour-packed punch that’s earned us two Michelin stars.
