Hoya 55mm Mist Filter Black Diffuser No. 1 - Black Mist Filter for Camera Lenses - Soft Diffusion Effect for Portrait Photography & Cinematic Look, Reduces Contrast & Softens Wrinkles

Key Features

• CINEMATIC FILM FEEL WITH LIGHT BLOOMING EFFECT - Achieve a vintage, cinematic feel with the Hoya Mist Diffuser Black No. 1 Glass Filters. Its “blooming” effect around highlights and light sources gives your photos and videos a dreamy, atmospheric look—ideal for portrait camera lens and cinematic video shoots that need extra flair.
• SUPER FINE BLACK NANO-POWDER - HOYA creates their Mist filters by equally distributing a fine black nano-powder between two layers of optical glass. Then chemically bonds the two pieces of glass together before mounting them into low-profile frames. The Hoya 55mm Mist Diffuser Black No. 1 creates a natural "blooming" effect around highlights and light sources, giving your photos and videos a soft, glowing atmosphere without compromising detail.
• SOFT DIFFUSION FOR CINEMATIC PORTRAITS & VIDEOS WITH STRONGER EFFECT – Elevate your portrait lighting photography with the Hoya No. 1 Mist Diffuser Black 55mm lens filter. It reduces harsh contrasts, softens wrinkles, and enhances your lighting for a beautiful, film-like quality. Achieve flawless, cinematic portraits with a more pronounced 55mm lens filter diffusion effect than the No. 0.5 version.
• VERSATILE LIGHT CONTROL FOR PORTRAIT & LANDSCAPE PHOTOS – The Hoya No. 1 Mist Diffuser filter for camera lens is perfect for both portrait and landscape photography. It balances contrast and smoothens skin textures, providing flattering, cinematic results. The stronger softening lens filter effect is ideal for outdoor shoots, landscapes, and portraits under strong lighting conditions.
• DURABLE ALUMINUM FRAME WITH LOW PROFILE DESIGN FOR VIGNETTING-FREE USE – Designed for maximum durability and minimal vignetting, the Hoya No. 1 Mist Diffuser filter features a lightweight, matte-black 55mm lens filter aluminum frame. Its low-profile design fits a wide range of camera lenses, making it a versatile, durable addition to your kit for both photography and videography needs.
