• 【Operating Procedure】:Adjust the handwheel. Before use,lift the handwheel upward and rotate it clockwise to increase pressure.Once the pressure reaches the required level,press the handwheel down to lock the screw and seal the detector.Indicator color:green for normal operation,red for replacement.
• 【Stage Description】:Stage 1:5μm fiber filter cartridge; filters out over 95% of moisture and adsorbs dust particles larger than 5μm. Stage 2:0.1 μm oil mist separation filter; removes 99.9% of moisture,fine particles, and oil contaminants.
• 【Usage and Maintenance】:Replace the Stage 1 filter if the flow rate decreases significantly,or every 3–6 months depending on conditions.Replace the Stage 2 filter when the clog detection indicator turns red or the flow rate decreases significantly.Desiccant/Activated Carbon Metal Container with a viewing window for air contaminants. Once the desiccant turns pink,replace it with a new one after 16 hours.This desiccant is made of silica gel and can be reused after drying;do not use if it shows signs of cracking.
