Moto Master Offroad Fusion Series 520-52T Motorcycle Crown in Hardened Steel and Aluminium Alloy

For over 20 years, Moto-Master has specialised in the production of brake and transmission components for the off-road world and is recognised by the market for its excellent quality and precision in manufacture. The Moto-Master Fusion Dual-Ring Crown offers the best of both worlds: outer ring made of hardened and nickel coated special steel and inner ring made of 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum. These crowns last 3 times as long as an aluminium crown and weigh up to 50% less than a regular steel crown. Fusion crowns are CNC machined to minimum tolerances and made from the best material available for racing crowns. The rings are precision crafted and are permanently joined using a thermal shrinkage technique for a solidarity union of the bodies. The inner ring also has a coloured anodized coating for durability.
