The PSGSP 6-Lug Front Wheel Set (Left-Hand Thread) gives you the lug nuts and wheel studs to service the driver-side front wheel on Isuzu and GM medium-duty trucks. Each set is made in Taiwan from Grade 10.9 steel with a silver zinc finish. These fasteners use an M20 x 1.5 left-hand thread, a 60mm stud length, and a ball seat built for factory steel wheels. They fit selected Isuzu NPR, NPR-HD, NQR, NRR, and Reach front wheel applications through the 2015 model year, plus selected GMC and Chevy W3500, W4500, and W5500 trucks. Driver side (left) only. Important: for factory steel wheels only. Not for aluminum wheels. Check year, model, and wheel type before ordering. The silver zinc finish and the "L" stamp on each nut identify this as the driver side set. For the passenger side, order P/N 30500121 (right-hand thread, gold zinc finish). Torque to 362 ft-lbs per the owner's manual, dry, with no oil or grease. Re-torque after the first 650 miles, then every 6,500 miles per the manual.
