Product Description
The Transolid Rynolds Duo is a frameless hinged pivot shower door with double fixed panels, built for alcove installations in modern bathrooms. The door panel measures 54 in. wide by 76 in. tall and fits openings from 51 in. to 55 in. wide, with a walk-in opening from 27.875 in. to 30.875 in. depending on adjustment. The 5/16 in. (8 mm) clear tempered door panel and 3/8 in. (10 mm) clear tempered fixed panels are certified to ANSI Z97.1 safety glazing and finished with factory-applied Nano ClearCoat surface treatment that helps repel water spots and stains, so routine squeegeeing keeps the glass clear with less scrubbing. Dual wall profiles accommodate up to 1/2 in. of out-of-plumb adjustment on each side of the door to true the assembly against uneven walls, and the headerless frameless design removes the top header for a clean, contemporary look. The support bar option ships only on the 60-in. and 66-in. sizes, which use a 24-in. or 30-in. fixed panel; this size does not require it. Self-centering hinges deliver a smooth, controlled close that helps limit water at the threshold, and the door and fixed panels are fully reversible for left- or right-side entry. Hardware is 304 stainless steel and brass; Sabrina double-sided handles are included, and alternate handle styles and finishes are available separately. The Rynolds Duo requires a minimum 1 in. flat shower base threshold; professional installation is recommended and all measurements should be taken after walls are finished. Hardware finishes are offered in Polished Chrome, Brushed Stainless, Champagne Bronze, and Matte Black. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty for residential use and a 1 year limited warranty for commercial use. Model RDPD5476108C.
