To make a RV sofa cushion with an anti slip layer, the process is as follows:
1. Design and material selection
Design: Determine the size, shape, pattern, and color of the sofa cushion to adapt to different styles of sofas and meet aesthetic needs.

Fabric: Choose durable, easy to clean, and comfortable fabric with an anti slip layer (silicone particles).
2. Raw material preparation
Fabric layer: Choose soft and comfortable fabrics (such as cotton, polyester blends, etc.), cut according to the design pattern and size.
Filling layer: Prepare high-density Plush filling material and cut it to match the size of the fabric layer.
Anti slip layer: Prepare an anti slip bottom cloth with silicone particles and cut it to the corresponding size.
3. Crop
Splicing fabric: The cut fabric is facing each other and sewn together to form the fabric part of the sofa cushion. Stack the fabric layer, filling layer, and anti slip layer in sequence, and use the stitching process (using needle and thread to fix the three layers of material to form a regular grid or pattern) to composite them into one, while ensuring even distribution of the filling layer, enhancing overall stability and aesthetics.
4. Edge processing
Lock and sew the edges of the composite sofa cushion to prevent fabric detachment and improve durability.
5. Quality inspection and packaging
Check whether the silicone particles are uniform, whether the stitching is firm, and whether the size is accurate. After confirming that there are no defects, fold and package them for sales and transportation.
